Here are some simple things you can do to help get rid of your pimples:
1.) Do NOT touch them - Most people who have pimples are very tempted to pick and squeeze them, this is not a good thing to do, this will usually result in actually making the problem worse as you often make it easier for the acne to spread.
2.) Drink plenty of water - Water is one of the best things you can consume, especially when it comes to getting rid of pimples and reducing the chance of them coming back, you should drink around one and a half litres of water per day, no more, no less.
3.) Wash your face twice per day - Washing your face will remove the dirt and sweat that gathers on it though a regular day, simply wash your face once when you get up in the morning and once before you go to bed.
4.) Eat healthy foods - Things like oily foods, fried foods, greasy foods, sugary foods and basically things of that nature will usually just make the problem worse, you should try to eat healthy foods such as fresh vegetables.
